A lot of us have a problem with difficult patients? No matter what we do, they frustrate us and leave us feeling inadequate and dissatisfied. There is something we can do. We can change the way that we think.

Are we rationing health care resources? Yes. With rampant Covid, there is a lack of beds, medical staffing shortages, and medication scarcity. Once again, the burden falls on the most vulnerable people in our society.
