Saigon was renamed Ho Chi Minh City in 1975 to honor the leader the people revere like a god. We visited the booby-trapped jungles and crowded city markets. The streets were filled with millions of motorcycles and scooters to dodge while crossing the streets on foot. It is a cosmopolitan delight.
