Our last days in Thailand were filled with enormous Buddhas, palaces, a train market and so much more. It took six posts to finish because it was a long and fantastic trip. Here is the Bangkok last chapter.

In Cambodia, we went visiting the wats, Hindu and Buddhist temples. This is the main reason why people come to this complicated country. The people were welcoming and the sights were spectacular.

Here is a thoroughly charming little book about living and dying. Don’t be afraid or put off by the topic. It’s not really sad. It’s my review of The Collected Regrets of Clover by Mikki Brammer.

When visiting Thailand, don’t miss the beautiful scenery of Chiang Mai in the north. They have the mountains, the elephants, and the golden Buddhist temples. The area is well woth the detour.
